Kevin Zollman

Kevin is a 9-year Microsoft "alumni." He's written customer-support documentation for about everything from DOS to FoxPro to website programming. He was also a Content Manager in the Developer Support division of Microsoft's Product Support Services for various web programming technologies, as well as Visual FoxPro. His most memorable role may have been acting as the Project Manager of the rollout of the tools used by Support Engineers to convert their Knowledge Base from old-fashioned ASCII text to state-of-the art XML. 

Before his Microsoft days, completed a Bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho in Computer Science. These days, he's active with the Coeur d'Alene Area Chamber of Commerce, where he's on the Board of Directors, a member of the Business Development Committee (he's the past chairman), and a 2002 graduate of the Chamber's Leadership Coeur d'Alene program. 

In addition he's on the Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association's Board of Directors and a member of its Marketing Committee.

Shelly Zollman

Shelly is a former marketing/graphic design/print media queen. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Washington, supplemented by classes in art theory and graphic design from Bellevue Community College (Washington) and North Idaho College.

As a result, ZolMedia, Inc. has an all-too-often missing balance between technology and design - unlike many companies who tend to weigh heavily in only one aspect or the other.

Shelly's also quite active in the Coeur d'Alene Area Chamber of Commerce. Besides being the 2008 Co-Chair of the Chamber's Commodores, she's also a graduate of the 2004 Leadership Class.
